Burial Services - Parishioners are invited to make use of this form to indicate their preferences for their burial services. Please feel free to contact the clergy to discuss preferences and possibilities. It is recommended that one copy of the completed form be kept with your will, another copy with family or friends, and a third copy with the clergy of the congregation.
